Early in 2008, our Small Projects division undertook refurbishment work for St Andrews Links Trust Clubhouse. As the principle contractor working with Parr Architects, the existing shop was converted into offices and the existing reception area into a shop. The 8 week project also involved the infill of a section of the staircase to accommodate a new reception area and office.
