We built up a strong relationship with Nevisport when we fitted out their 2004 flagship store in Inverness’ Eastgate Centre. We were procured through competitive tender and worked in partnership with design practice Design Interface to meet the £240k budget by value engineering the project without compromising scope or quality. |

When the client decided to open their first Edinburgh city centre store in Rose Street, we worked on a design and build basis. This worked well due to our experience and close working relationship with the client on the Inverness project, leading to some fantastic benefits for Nevisport. |
Our brief for this project was to carry on the fashion orientated environment required for this city centre location, while maintaining the outdoor heritage of the Nevisport brand. A fully flexible merchandising system was also required to accommodate a diverse range of merchandise. |
We took the lead role in this project, arranging meetings, co-ordinating design, planning supervision, lighting design and project management providing the client with one point of contact for everything.
Major wins for the client were time and cost savings, due to our knowledge of the brief and budget at an early stage. |
